Moving from Fear to Hope
4 week meditation program with personal coaching and guidance
I created this program for my research project as part of my MsC at the University of East London. Results exceeded expectations, as this program showed to significantly decrease fear of the unknown and increase measures of authenticity and hope. According to Buddhist teachings in order for one to move from fear to fearlessness, the “Four Immeasurables” have to be cultivated. These are four values that we will be cultivating during this meditation program and they include loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic joy and equanimity.Fear often holds us back from reaching our goals and doing what we truly want in life. If overcome, we get closer to reaching our full potential and have the space to authentically express ourselves. Join me on this 4-week meditation journey, to embrace fear and welcome change, by moving from the mind into the heart.
Hi I'm Cassandra!
I believe that every individual already has all the resources they need to achieve their goals. Sometimes though, we lose sight of this and need someone to remind us; to gently guide us towards our truth. This strong conviction in the infinite potential we have and my love for personal growth and connection, inspired me to pursue coaching. For over 10 years I have been exploring topics relating to spirituality and psychology. My expertise is on self-compassion, fear, vulnerability, authenticity and meditation. I have a MsC in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London and have a Diploma of Personal Coaching from Kingstown College, Dublin.
